At Optiadapt we understand the science of how our bodies, including our nervous, immune and hormonal systems, adapt to the demands that are placed on them. As experienced exercisers and practitioners, some of us living with chronic ill health and/or ageing well beyond our prime, we also understand the challenges of being physically active on a regular basis.
